How can I cancel or change my order?

  • All cancellations or changes must be submitted in writing to thesunbakery.order@gmail.com before 24 hours of delivery date. 
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to delivery date, payment is non-refundable.

 

Can I place an order for later?

Of course! You may place an order here anytime before 1pm and we'll have it delivered to your doorstep in 4 hours.

How do I know if my order and payment has been successfully gone through?

All successful orders will receive a confirmation email with your order number and details. Do check your junk/spam mail box if it’s not in your inbox.

Can I make self-collection?

Sorry, we only do delivery to your doorstep at the moment.

 

Do you deliver to all parts of Malaysia?

We currently only deliver to selected areas in Klang Valley, Our target is to cover most of the state in Malaysia. Stay tuned for the latest update, from time to time! 

 

Do you do same day delivery and how many days of advance order are required for a delivery?

  • Yes, we do same day delivery for selected areas in KL and Selangor, and it has to be ordered before 1pm, from Monday to Saturday.
  • We do accept pre-book orders in advance. 

 

How much do you charge for delivery?

Delivery fee is being calculated based on your delivery location. It starts from RM0 up to max RM30. Additional delivery cost may incur if your delivery location is out of the selected coverage area, please contact our customer service for further details.

Is your product Halal?

Yes, our products are Halal certified by JAKIM.

 

How do I check for allergens?

All allergens are displayed in each product detail. Just click into the product description for more details.

 

Can you write a message on the cake?

Yes, we do write a short message on the cake upon request. You may leave your messages to us at the “Checkout” page, under the “Remarks for Shop” column.

 

Will a knife and candles be provided for the cake?

Yes, a knife will be provided for all cakes ordered. You may request for the number of candles at the “Checkout” page, under the “Remarks for Shop” column.

Should I refrigerate my cake upon delivery?

It’s a must! The cakes need to be refrigerated upon delivery to keep the cake fresh and prevent ruining the taste.

 

How long can I keep my cake / bread / pastry?

All products are best to consume within 3 days.
